An appointment is required to redeem the BlephEx Treatment Promotion.
One-time registration of BND10.00 is required for new patients to JPMC.
Patients are advised to wear glasses on the day of the appointment or for contact lens wearer should bring a storage case or a spare pair of lenses.
Package inclusions are non-exchangeable with other services and any unutilized tests or services are non-refundable or will not be entitled to any further discount.
Additional tests may be recommended based on clinical judgement of our doctors upon screening or medical examination which will be charged accordingly.
Medical advice and recommendation will be delivered based on case findings, clinical investigations, medical history and personal profile.
Patients are advised to arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment.
The decision by JPMC on all matters relating to the promotion is final, binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
