The Staff Nurse’s key roles and responsibilities is to identify, assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care provided to those patients he/she has been assigned. Moreover to assist the clinicians and Allied Health Professionals to perform clinical procedures and care as required.

Educational and Experience Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited College/University
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Professional Requirements
- Registered Nurse from the country of origin
Clinical Experience
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a hospital/health clinic of direct patient preferred (non-local)
- Bruneian and Permanent Resident graduates are welcomed to apply
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation of the ward/clinic/clinical services
- Plan and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with all workplace policies and procedures
- Assess and plan courses for patient care
- Make recommendations for professional development based on staff performance review
- Collaborate with physician and multidisciplinary team members to create a plan of care for each patient
- Respond to injuries, concerns and complaints from patients and their parents or guardians
- Track and maintain medical supplies inventory along with other staff members by checking stock for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies as needed to accomplish job results
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by adhering infection prevention and control policies and procedures including medication administration and storage procedures including drug regulations
