General Information

Dr Arun David has a vast experience in renal transplant and general/laparoscopic surgery.

He has trained primarily at Christian Medical College, Vellore, India, and then in various aspects of surgery at various centers in Australia, London, and New York.

His areas of interest range from thyroid, breast, and abdominal/laparoscopic surgery to renal transplant and dialysis access surgery including renal transplant recipients including complex anatomy, renal donor surgery (open and laparoscopic), AV fistulae, AV grafts, and peritoneal dialysis access. He has been involved with about 500 renal transplants and was clinical lead at a JCI accredited program at Columbia Asia hospitals Bangalore between 2017-2020.

He was also instrumental in starting a successful renal transplant program at The Bangalore Baptist Hospital in 2020.
