Dr Noor Marzlin Binti Marzukhi is a well-versed General Practitioner from Malaysia with 13 years of experienced in primary and tertiary healthcare. She has been working as a Medical Officer at Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim (HSAH), Kedah, Malaysia before being appointed as the Senior Medical Officer cum Head of Department at University Health Centre, National Defense University of Malaysia (NDUM), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The University Health Centre, NDUM is a ‘military university medical clinic’ by nature, for a population of approximately 18,000 people (including military cadets/students, military instructors and university staffs plus their dependents). The centre provides all the necessity of primary level healthcare, medical and clinical services including support of medical coverage for cadets/students during military training. With esteem dedication and upmost proficiency in her role at the centre, Dr Noor Marzlin Binti Marzukhi was awarded the NDUM Service Excellence Award in 2014 and NDUM Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Performance in 2017 and 2018.

Pursuing her passion in primary healthcare and self-aspiration to experience new challenges abroad, she joined our team at the Outpatient Clinic, JPMC as a General Practitioner since December 2019.​​
