Ethics Charter

Observing and maintaining the highest standard of medical ethics is a core value at JPMC. This Charter defines the rules of good conduct in the provision of medical services to our patients and the management of all who work with us.

We will observe and hold in confidence all patient’s information which is shared in trust with us.


We will continuously monitor company activities to ensure compliance with our policies, laws, regulations and legal obligations.

Patient Care

We will prioritize safety, quality and the patient experience in everything we do.


We will give to our patients and our staff sufficient information to help them in the making of decisions.

Our staff and patients are free to report concerns about patient safety and quality of care to JPMC without fear of adverse action against them. In the event JPMC fails to address the issues, staff or patients have the option to report directly to Joint Commission International (JCI).
